Any older members here living in the UK early 80's remember this pretty obscure band, The Scarlet Party? They are one of the few bands I heard for the first time playing over the speakers of a record shop, and had to have: that was their single 100 Dam-Nation. Musically very close to the Beatles in the Help/Rubber Soul period, helped by a singer that sounded rather like John Lennon. A quick web-search shows a couple of the band later worked with Alan Parson.
