Advertisement for these programs should be stopped immediately by Progarchives. Don't klick on banners like these and don't install these applications.

I use a pop up blocker, I've never seen any of these ads here.

It's no pop-up. it's a banner at the top of a page. I think it's sensitive to the nation the surfer is located.

Oh, that explains why I haven't seen it. You're right, things like that should be banned. I don't know how much control M@x has over what ads are shown.

Ban!!! Its awful and I hate it! It takes over the whole screen, and you have to press close three or four times just to get rid of it/log out.
