I just noticed that my reviews which I have submitted (on purpose) with my screen name Dragon Phoenix are now listed as done by hennieschaper, the first part of my email. Could this be reverted please?

Hi DP, You need to add your e-mail address to your forum profile (in "Settings"). There is an option at the foot of the page to prevent it being shown if you wish.

As long as that e-mail address is the one you used for your reviews, your forum name and "Real name" as shown in the settings will be picked up.
