Great Album!!! Listened to it on the way home from work.

I cannot believe, I never heard this back in the 70s. Or; maybe I did, and I just don't remember. Of the albums, I've heard by Gentle Giant, this seems to be their most aggressive. Very tight, too!

In a Glass House is my GG's favourite album!

Agree with you that it's musically more "aggressive" than the previous and next works.

Can you guys tell whether the new remastered version of "In a Glass House" is a significant improvement on the old one?   I've always had problems with the production on the old CD version.   The overall sound always seemed a bit .... meek or faint.    It's a bit hard to describe, but, to me, it's quite inferior to that found in Octopus and Freehand.  I was wondering if the new version manages to fix this.

Thanks.

I have only the remastered version of In A Glass House, so I don't know that problem of the old cd' sound.

BTW I seems to me that the sounding of the re-release is excellent!

In a Glass House was my introduction to GG. It's an excellent album indeed!! And probably their most accessible (besides Free Hand).

#3 On my top 5 GG list. 4.5/5

In a Glass House is a great album. It was the first one by them that I got along with Free Hand.

Wow, without Gentle Giant i dont know where i would be. Definatly the band that got me into prog. The Albums Octopus, Three Friends and The Power and The Glory are amazing cd's as well. By the way, the songs Talybont and On reflection make me Eargasm!!!!
