Currently in the forum preferences it is possible to specify the time offset from the forum server time, so that message times reflect your local time.  However, as I found out today, the server time changes when its local daylight savings status changes.  Is there any way of changing this option so that it is possible to set the offset to some fixed time (eg GMT)?  This would be of benefit for people in countries who don't make use of daylight savings (like South Africa), or whose daylight savings periods are different.

That's what I did.  What I'm asking is if it's possible to change it so that it can be set relative to a fixed time that doesn't alter, for example GMT.
