Any fans of the studio album released in 1977 by Symphonic Prog band from Germany "Wallenstein" called "No More Love"?
Through ebay, recently, I bought and received an original Japanese lp issue, including a lyric inner sheet in English, and a bio of the album, the group, and the individual musicians in Japanese on the other side. The record sounds fabulous; there is that warmth of analogue sound as the bass has great presence, and the high end of the sound has also greater brilliance than even the version on remasted cd does. Whoever copied the lyrics into english did not always do a proper job, but still, there are cases where it was done right, and help to illuminate what is being sung on the record in english with a bit of an accent. I must confess that No More Love, though being a transitional album with one foot in a more mainstream direction, it is still progressive and highlighted by Juergen Dollase's wonderful keys playing. Hope this is getting to you Doug. I apologize for dropping in to a post on something else but this site won't let me private message you. Hope you are doing well. I just wanted to let you know (if you don't already know) that there is a Japanese CD of Triumvirat Live in New York doing the entire Illusions album. I ran across it the other day. This is NOT a Japanese mini-lp cd but it is a Japan jewel case disc. I cannot attest to the quality of the recording as I have not heard it yet. Just wanted to make sure you know about it.

Thanks for the heads up on the Japanese cd of Triumvirat live. I appreciate that. I am familiar with it, though, and have the same concert in marginally better sound. But, what a live document, it is! My time machine first destination. best wishes, Doug
