We seem to be in agreement here at the mid-eighties. Well, except that for me; Brothers in Arms features two of the worst songs ever recorded (guess which ones). But I quite like the rest of it.

Hunting High and Low
Songs from the Big Chair
Suzanne Vega

It's nice to know we're both in agreement regarding my 4 & 5 star album choices, although there are no songs on Brothers in Arms I dislike, so I can't even begin to guess which two songs you dislike on the album. Smile

Several very good ones here (for a change).

I'll vote Suzanne Vega over TFF, A-ha, and Dire Straits.

Suzanne Vega
Music has always been a matter of energy to me. On some nights I believe that a car with the needle on empty can run 50 more miles if you have the right music very loud on the radio. Hunter S Thompson

I love musically Suzanne Vega to an unfair degree, shes one of the most important artists in my musical landscape, her music is so innovativr and intiracte like a complicated weaveed carped made by an expert weaver.

Songs from the Big Chair is also mazing, and A-ha is superb.
