Hello, I have no idea if this is really the right place, but I have a friend who has registered with PA, and he says he's not yet received an activation notice.  It's been so long since I registered, I don't remember the sequence of events.  If you could please advise, or let me know if there is an ongoing problem with registration, or what I can tell him to guide him through the process, that would be wonderful.  Thank you!

Hi Nickie. I have seen this issue come up before. I don’t know that one necessarily requires an activation notice to log in, but your friend may have thought to try logging in without the notice and it did not work. Anyway, if I have the user name, then I can activate it myself. You could share that here in this thread, more likely to see it sooner then and act on it, or by PM if privacy is a concern.
