The classic prayer to Mother Of God in Church Slavonic (old religious common Slavic language, if you like):
The same prayer in a mantra-like sequence, recited 150 times in a row, a very specific sequence for Orthodox Christian believers - helpful in any activity that, well, may require a prayer: Edited by Woon Deadn - December 09 2021 at 01:21 |

Kind of exotic - an Orthodox Christian liturgy in Polish! Poland was for centuries known as the stronghold of Catholicism and is still a very Catholic country. But since some rather recent time, there's also a Polish Orthodox Christian Church. Small, but proud

The Church Slavonic was a common Old Slavic language for use at the Orthodox Christian services. It had its origins in ancient Bulgaria and then came to ancient Russia. Initially, this language was rather Old Bulgarian. Then, it was a lingua franca of the Orthodox Christian Slavs.
Here's how it all came to Rus, the predecessor of all modern East Slavs (Russians, Ukrainians, Belarusians)... Edited by Woon Deadn - December 09 2021 at 01:23 |

these are pretty nice ,thanks.
I'm not religious in any real way, but I have always enjoyed gregorian chant and other similar methods of song from a purely musical perspective.
