Hi everyone!

I continue to challenge the organization of my music collection. I decided to reorganize it before the new year. Already added tags "by genre" for most music albums, renamed the folder names as follows:

Artist / Artist - Album - Year / Files.mp3
There is the largest folder where I have music in the genres of Heavy / Power Metal.
Moreover, in this folder and in all the others, not all albums are located in this form. There is still chaos.

There is such a view:

    Artist / Year - Album
    Artist / Album_Year
    Artist / Album
    Artist / Album (Year)

There are many different formats. And you don't want to rename all this manually. So I decided to leave this case for now, and do it gradually over the next year.
But then a problem arose: the final stage of the collection reorganization is the creation of playlists. I want to recreate those playlists that I had and create new ones in mood and context.

Previously, I created playlists this way:

Create a playlist.
Add tracks.
Save.
But later I realized that I made a mistake, because the track is in a folder that looks like year / album / (and should Artist / Artist - Album - Year / Files.mp3) and then I move this folder to another place, then the connection is lost. It is difficult to search for a file manually.
So I decided that if I liked the track, I would copy it (physically) to another folder.

I also decided to listen to the advice of users of this wonderful forum and keep my music in one place. Well, almost in one, because I still have several folders by genre :) (Hard Rock / Heavy / Power; Progressive Metal; Progressive Rock (Neo-prog, Crossover, etc.); Post Rock & Post Metal;)

At least I won't be too much confused when I need to move albums in discography.
All the same, it's hard for me to throw everything into one folder and trust some program (physical grouping in windows explorer seems more reliable :)

That is, one problem seems to be solved - I will not move the files anymore. Does this mean that the connection with the playlists will not be lost?
Unfortunately, this is not the case :(
If you rename the folder in which the track is located, the connection will break :(
But it's still hard for me to rename all these albums so that later they will not be touched.
And also, what to do when you liked only one track on the album, and the rest would be better deleted? It turns out that because of one song in the playlist, you need to store the entire album?
I also decided to switch to the functionality of the MusicBee program. There is good functionality, and file rescanning and creation of automatic playlists, and more. But it still doesn't solve my problem.

Maybe I just don’t know how to do this - how to keep the link between the track, even if it is moved or tags are changed in it?
