Massimiliano Morreale is a multi-instrumentalist from Bari, Italy. After being active on Bari's underground scene, he has released a debut CD on well-know Italian label Mellow Records.
The twelve tracks show a variety of emotional landscapes which correspond to different styles that are, however, unitary linked to the 70's "progressive music". Appunti di Viaggio is conceived as a report of an inner journey which this artist wants to share with us.

I'll be looking forward to hearing this a little later today.  It's of special interest since I spent a month in Bari back in the early 80's.

Some tracks are more prog than others, but there is quite a variety of music here nonetheless, which makes eclectic a good place to put it.  The epic "Super Wonderboy Returns" definitely qualifies for prog along with some of the other tracks.

Can you please write a more extensive bio about the artist and include influences, history and anything else that would be helpful?

Hello, my name is Morreale (Massimiliano) I hope you enjoyed my album. I have played keyboards in several rock bands since the 90s. I love progressive rock as well as other musical styles, I believe this is clearly perceptible when listening to "Appunti di Viaggio". The Super Wonderboy suite was cowritten in 1993 with my friend Domenico (Mimmo) Iusco  but was recorded only last year. It is inspired by an old video game that I loved to play. Among the musicians who have collaborated with me, I want to particularly thank Claudio Milano, who made the lyric and sings in "Cronache per la fine di un'infanzia", Ago Tambone who plays bass and guitar in many tracks and the indie psych-rock musician Humpty Dumpty (Alessandro Calzavara) who made the lyric and sings in "Dung". My YouTube Channel is https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC2rhn-sqD06IcqBE6GOfcNg?view_as=subscriber .
Best regards,
Sincerely
Morreale
