Hey Borealis, just out of curiosity, what language do they speak in Antarctica? What sort of culture do you all have? Got any BBQ recipes? How do you shovel your sidewalks? How are the volleyball tournaments? Are the waves you surf on big?

Seriously, the biggest problems in our country IMO are racialism, social disparity in health, wealth and education. Despite the fact NZ has had a center left government for the last 6 years (and may continue to do so after the special vote count) - these problems are ever present either subversively (racialism) or overtly. Not to mention that our population is an aging one, demographically speaking. I do not envy any governments withing the next 20 years or so, trying to keep up with the demands of an aged population of "babyboomers".
