Whoops.

Had a stroke, at the age of 50 !! Looks like I need to take a long rest, folks, and to learn to slow down a little. I'll be back here in a few months, but take care, all, look after yourselves, too !! I'm fine, over the worst, but wooo. Big tap on the shoulder from the Grim Reaper. ;-)))))

Catch you all later
Dave ;-)

PS NO sympathy please, I don't do sympathy. ;-)))))

Strokes happen. Today they usually don't shorten life, give up to some bad (nice) habits and it's ok.
Take care.
I stand with Roger Waters, I stand with Joan Baez, I stand with Victor Jara, I stand with Woody Guthrie. Music is revolution

Take care and see you later when you get better. Smile

Life, like golf is all about keeping the strokes to a minimum. Best to just 'putter' around the house for a while, maybe practice your 'stroke' and wash your 'balls'. If you're really lucky maybe you can do a 'foursome'.

In my book, humour beats sympathy any day! Stay well.

One heart attack and three stents here. Lay off the salt, cholesterol and processed foods. Good health to you.

Best to stick to two or three pints of ale, with maybe a watered down scotch or two, per night, and definitely fewer than ten ciggies per day. At least, that's what my inner doctor said to me!

You show a lot of courage; not much choice I guess, but you have a great attitude.

Best of health to you.

Ugh, I just turned 50. I'd like to work out, but I'm too busy being sore. That aside, I seriously hope this is only a blip on the screen for you. I too enjoyed reading your modular synth thread. Best.

Whoa! Take it easy, Dave. Put your feet up and warm thy bones beside the fire. Throw on some nice music with big analog-electronic sounds and float away...see you soon!

You did not have permission to get sick! And we didn't buy tickets to it, either. The music for it ... opppsss, wrong movie and hope to hear from you!

Get well my friend, I, personally, think that we need folks like you around here.

Music is not just for listening ... it is for LIVING ... you got to feel it to know what's it about! Not being told!
