(not sure which group to place this in, so feel free to move it.)
Just saw the latest Game of Thrones episode and was chuffed to see that the members of Sigur Rós played musicians at the royal wedding. Joffrey is not a fan, however. http://blogs.wsj.com/speakeasy/2014/04/14/that-wedding-band-on-game-of-thrones-was-sigur-ros/ |

First time I felt any sympathy to Joffrey. Though I'd probably throw something else other than money at them.

Yeah, it was announced a while ago that they were going to appear in the series (and that they're fans of it), but not in what roles. To have them as musicians in the wedding was only logical though.
Typical of Joffrey not to appreciate great music when he hears it. Also, I thought their version of "The Rains of Castamere" was excellent; then again, I am a fan. |

Hah, I saw that episode but didn't realize it was Sigur Ros. Pretty cool. Sad to see Joffrey's demise, was looking for more antics from the evil little twit, .

I preferred The National's take on The Lannister Song.
