Is this sampled from a prog song?

My mate plays hip hop everyday in his car when he picks me up on the way to work. This is one of the 3 or 4 songs I've liked. Sounds like an old style prog song. Simple riff, cool bass line, good drums. It's the way I try and make my tunes. I start with a riff, usually keyboard, then go for the bass line and busy drums etc. Anyway, anyone notice a sample in this?

	Btw, I've heard Gentle giant, Camel, Crimson, Kansas, Mahavishnu, Can, Yes, Wakeman sampled on his hip hop he's played over the years
