Guitarist Mick Abrahams left after the first Tull album to form Blodwyn Pig which released two albums, Ahead Rings Out(1969) and Getting To This(1970). Your favourite between these two albums:

Blodwyn's release was a nice little blues album on the part of Abrahams, but This Was was more expansive and experimental, what with "Move on Alone", "Someday the Sun Won't Shine for You" and Serenade to a Cuckoo".

This Was. Great debut album even if it was different from latter Tull. Fine guitar work from Abrahams.
