Like quite a few progheads out there, i love, play and appreciate the beauty of classical music. I have also found it obvious that it owns a heavy influence on prog, but which composer is the most responsible for prog's BIG classical influence? My bet is on either Bach, Beethoven or Schubert.

What do you think?

I would put Stravinsky in there, and not just because Yes plays Firebird before thier shows.
