I was amused by intellectual comedian and nowadays literature critic,  David Baddiel's personal  choice on last night's critics 'programme on Radio 4 (Saturday Review from 7.15pm - and I assume still downloadable). He stated out of pure bloody mindedness, (in particular to annoy the music pundits), to review Tull's Aqualung. Baddiel admitted to be a Genesis fan as a kid, but had only recently discovered the complete Aqualung. Equally amusing were the sniffy reactions of his fellow arts critics (one a serious music buff) being made to hear the album. Need more of this 5th column work!!
The best eclectic music on the Web,8-11pm BST/GMT THURS.

As an avid in-car Radio 4 listener I'm gutted to have missed this. You see, the slightest hint of an electrical storm over the North Sea and the reception is more crackle than not, and I have to tune in to the World Service instead. Thanks for the tip, Dick, I'll try the Beeb's web site.

Perception is truth, ergo opinion is fact.
