no other for me then new rush....

vapor trails is best rush cd to me why people bash it stupidity its osme best lyrics of the 21st century music is heavy it dont need remastered its ifne the way it is also its got sense of rawness...

snakes and arrows man im dieing here is it may yet i wont get to review this beofre street date cuz i knnow the band has asked not to send them ouit to protect cd sales which is good thing...

becuz well have nother multi-platinum cd here again im not jokeing vapor trails and roll the bones r my 2 fave rush cds following hold your fire as 3rd place....

im more of the lyrical side fan of rush rather then classic show off guitar sound i like all rush cds all em r good in there sense i just prfer lyrical conent side of rush better then classic musical sound of them...

Curiously, probably DT's Systematic Chaos, just because it's "the unknown factor." I pretty much know how PT's Fear of a Blank Planet will turn out (5 star, no other way), and Snakes and Arrows will be better than all Rush albums since Power Windows, (not saying a WHOLE lot there, though), but I really have NO IDEA how Systematic Chaoes will turn out. I really want to see the cover for it.

I'm most looking forward to PT's Fear of a Blank Planet, Riverside's Rapid Eye Movement, DT's Systematic Chaos, and Anathema's Everything.  I'm almost certain, PT's will be amazing, and I have very high expectations for Riverside's new album.  I'm not sure what to think about Systematic Chaos, but I'm still looking forward to it and I will definitely keep an open mind.  I've really gotten into Anathema recently, and I just listened to two of their new songs, and they sounded really good, especially the title song, so I'm hoping their new album will be good as well.

65daysofstatic--The Destruction of Small Ideas and whatever the new Alalmaan Vaserat (sp) is called. I don't care at all about any of the other albums mentioned so far.

Virgin Black's Requiem Trilogy
Anekdoten's new album (still unnamed)
Alamaailman Vasarat (forgot the name of it, should get it soon).
Pelican (though I heard less than enthusiastic impressions from other people about it).
Neurosis' new album, Given to the Rising.
Birds and Buildings (the new Britton project).
65DaysOfStatic (which was mentioned above).
Hopefully Maldoror will release their second album this year, or at least record it (The French Maldoror, not the Mike Patton band).
Some 5-6 new Acid Mothers Temple albums perhaps....
And maybe we will finally see the reissue of Maneige - Les Porches this year and some other long-waited reissues.

That's all I can think of right now, but I know there are more I am waiting for, only I can't remember now....

Well the album (CD) is not in the progarchives database, but the band is.  Guess that's what you mean since the RUSH album is not listed here yet.   I'm most anticipating TAAL's release -- according to their website we can expect it in October of this year.

Doh! I knew I forgot a very important one....
Alongside Virgin Black and Maldoror (Fr), this is the one I look most eagerly towards.

65OD and Pelican are really good guys, don't be scared :D. Although I only listened to 65OD once and I think it might be less good than their 2 other releases.... But the Pelican I think is their best release yet !

Oh yes, of course Taal. They lost a bunch of members though (if I recall correctly, most of the violin/string instrument players), so I'm not sure what to expect from their new album.

The new SGM might be interesting, although I haven't bought any of their albums yet.

Seems I keep remembering more albums....
October Equus will release their second album this year.
Oh and maybe Panzerballett will give us their second album as well.

I eagerly anticpated Neal Morse's Sola Scriptura (released a mere three weeks ago) and I was not dissapointed. It's a heavier and darker album with very interesting subject matter--the Lutheran Reformation. It would have been nice to see Steve Hackett make a return guest appearance, but Paul Gilbert played some nice licks.
