tiny, but annoying mistakes:

2. Ghost Song" (2:50)

- Reinol Andino – percussion
- Bob Glaub – bass
- Jerry Scheff – bass

Line-up is correct, but it looks messy: guest musicians have hyphens (-), band members slashes (/).

Thanks for correction.
My source is the original Elektra cassette, and it's similar to original vinyl.
Yours is 1995 remastered edition, according to this source.
