Name every band that has ever made a record like that. E-Guitars, E_Bass, Drums, Piano & Full Orchestra or at least String section.

S&M is brilliant. I can't think of much else apart from Apocalyptica. Have you heard the Scorpions album played together with an orchestra?
 
Ooo hang on ... Yngwie Malmsteen's album with the Czech orchestra is incredible.
