I'd like to add this excellent Argentine band. They move between Hard/Heavy and progressive/symphonic styles (I don't think they're exactly "Progressive Metal"), so it would be more appropriate to be in the "Heavy Prog" style. Their latest album "Crónicas" (from this year) is awesome. Artist Name: Esquizoide Subgenre: Heavy Prog Biography (Directly written and sent to me by your keyboardist Emanuel Villalba): Esquizoide is a band that has evolved from the hard rock of its beginnings to an eclectic heavy-progressive rock today. Founded in 2016 in the West of Greater Buenos Aires (Argentina), it recorded its first demo that same year with six songs in which "seventies" hard rock predominated, but some progressive overtones were already beginning to appear. In 2019, it released its first EP, with three quite different songs from each other, in which the progressive elements take more preponderance and the duration of the tracks is extended. In 2024, it released its first LP "Crónicas", making a huge leap in musical and sound quality. It is a conceptual album with 9 tracks that tell the story of a person with Schizoid personality syndrome and the difficulties he has to fit into today's society, but at the same time makes observations on the contradictions of this society that at times seems to be more Schizoid than the main character. Musically, it reaches a maturity not present in previous works, with simultaneous sound layers, changes of rhythm and beat, harmonic modulations, formal variations and orchestral works. Members: Diego Esteban Güezo - voice and second guitar Emanuel Villalba: keyboards Federico Guitin: first guitar Carlos Andrés Martinek: bass Federico "Mafia" Briosso: drums Links: https://esquizoideargentina.bandcamp.com https://esquizoidebanda.wixsite.com/esquizoide https://open.spotify.com/intl-es/album/54DU8DRgeRGpyyaoa9lajb https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vsWfT1IWdEg https://awesomeprog.com/releases/69548 https://www.instagram.com/esquizoide.banda |

^ So what will the status of this release become when the Astronomy Recording Music releases drop in December? That Esquizoide Bandcamp page for the digital album shows a release date of 22nd February 2024, which is what we also have on our page at the moment. Do we keep that line on our page and edit it to say: "Digital album self-released February 22nd 2024", adding your two lines for the December releases below it, or will the Esquizoide Bandcamp page for the album disappear once the ARM releases have happened? The album already has 25 ratings on its PA page, which will look a bit strange for a while if the only release date shown on that page is 1st December 2024.

This is a rare case I will add this info, keep, and edit the released date of February for a self-released.

The album will remain on the group's own bandcamp. This is a pre-order for the release of the album, both on CD and digitally on the label's bandcamp.
