Oh, thank you for posting this. This is a very sad bit of news.
It was something of a miracle that we got to see Goblin (with Massimo) down here in Melbourne, Australia not once, but twice. I was also fortunate enough to have him and the band sign my `Roller', `Cherry Five' and `Il Reale Impero Britannico' LP's, which I will cherish forever. R.I.P, Massimo, and thank you for the memories and wonderful music. I also can't think of a single darker Italian band that isn't influenced by Goblin in some way
