   A cheese refiner made a series of tests and exhibited the cheeses to be refined to different kinds of music - classical, jazz, rock, hip-hop, country and others. It turned out that the cheeses that were played hip-hop developed an especially exquisite taste.

This is not a joke; this testing was really done. So feel free to call hip-hop "cheesy".
