The first two Queen compilations were successful because they covered their two big eras - Greatest Hits 1 - 1973-1980 and Greatest Hits II - 1981-1991. Whatever compilation after that was more or less a cash grab.

Well, I wasn't interested in doing a timeline CD, although I have taken that approach for other artists. King Crimson, Led Zeppelin, Peter Gabriel for example. and many span across 3 CD's in order to cover the best of the catalogue. Can't remember what my approach was for Queen, it was done so long ago. What can I say...I like to MIX it up.
