Whatever it is , congrats again, Pat!!!        Does it mean your salary got a little bit extended or do you have now 2 salaries??....how many weeks paid-vacation?

Hey, Antoine! I never knew you wandered over to these parts.

He has 5 stars instead of 4 now, making him a special collab. He gets all kinds of great perks now! Wink

Yes, I'm a HC fanboy beyond any shadow of a doubt. Tongue

My last.fm charts are slowly becoming more and more RIO/Avant/Zeuhl-ified, but I still love nearly everything just as much as I always have. I listened to Kansas's Leftoverture last night in order for a review as well... fantastic album. Clap

Of course. I listened to Trespass here the other day. Still a fantastic album! Clap

I can say whatever I want on Triskaidekaphobie and Ceux du Dehors, but albums like Foxtrot and Crime of the Century will always be in the same league as them (i hope..LOL)

Yeah, I know what you mean there. Henry Cow I definitely like more than nearly any other band though.

Have you heard Desperate Straights with Slapp Happy/HC yet? That's a good one as well!

Oh, and Mamma Non Piangere. Strongly reminiscent of Henry Cow, Stormy Six and the likes - with an Italian folk vibe to them. Unique and interesting!

Smile

I'm sure Pat's a great addition to the team. Clap

I've been wondering... it seems like quite a bit of people have been leaving either formally or informally from the higher ranks, did that have any effect in the recent outbreak of promotions?

Hmm.  I might listen to Desperate Straights today, haven't heard that one in a while.

Thanks for that rec on Mamma Non Piangere, I will definitely check that out.  Tongue

First, thanks everyone for the kind words, it really is quite an honor to be recognized in this way.  Embarrassed

And Alex, yes there's been some turnover, but also there is just an ever increasing amount of work needed to keep the site up to date and keep it #1, so more hands are welcome.

Very cheap. While Casablanca Moon is not nearly as good, it's still a decent album. Don't expect any RIO though..

No problem. You deserve it.

And Alex, yes there's been some turnover, but also there is just an ever increasing amount of work needed to keep the site up to date and keep it #1, so more hands are welcome.

Yeah, that's completely understandable. I used to moderate at a couple different sites a while ago and sometimes that was quite a job... I bet handling PA takes even much more effort, and I appreciate the work of the collab. team so much for that. You guys do a good job.
