ROBERTO FERRI ( 1977) Se par caso un giorno la follia. A good singer songwriter album with nice (maybe a little too much sometimes) strings arrangements. |

Welcome to all the new faces on this page! Nice to see the Den increasing in size all the time.
I bit of exciting reissue news.....I checked with the label and the classic Luciano Cilio disc will be pressed again sometime in 2012. That is one cool album you should jump on when it happens, if you like that branch of the RPI...read up on him first, it's not typical stuff. |

I love the Italian prog bands
My favorite are definintely the heavy ones. Il Balletto Di Bronzo, Banco, Semiramis, Le Bigletto, Osanna etc.
Find me the HEAVIEST MOST CONFUSING italian prog album. I love these but they just aren't quite completely crazy enough for me. I need more insantiy! Edited by Smurph - February 21 2012 at 13:29 |

Rocky's Filj is sweet- and Phola Dactylus is nice too-
Area is pretty awesome although I feel they don't seem to have the ferociuosness of that Balletto De Bronzi.
My three favorite things in music are beauty, fury and complexity, which is why I love RPI so so so much.

The other day, I spoke a little timidly about the Roberto Ferri's album. After a few listenings, I appreciate it more and more. The orchestral arrangements are
even better than in certain recordings of Lucio Dalla. I like it a lot.

I made a burnt CD of Paelopi and Cervello yesterday so I could relish in the two genius brothers in these bands.
That was one epic ass burnt CD.
