Streaming more than 50 miles (and I guess you are 300 to 4000 miles away), I guess leads to strange things being picked up, which a dose of pencillin doesn't cure

YES - well spotted - our brand new broadcast desk has died after 7 weeks of use - so back in another studio with 15 year old kit, which I suffered from the start of 2009 to June. It is temperamental....

I can honestly say that this is the first time that I have ever heard King Crimson on the radio.  I've definitely never heard them played on the local classic rock radio stations.

When I was in college and hanging out on campus I could listen to the campus radio there, and they usually had some pretty creative playlists too.

Chaos chaos! Wrong stuidio and the ancient CD players (AT LEAST ONE ANYWAY) are having real problems with new burns of compilations - hence for those checking the show, not too much talking from me just letting the player go and pray it doesn't die.
