I like a few Mandy Moore songs I think she has a good voice but rarely does the background music match the quality of her voice in her music but she has a few really good songs.

Alan Menken's "The hunchback of Notre Dame". It's a Disney's soundtrack, but I really liked a couple of songs.
And in general, a soundtrack is like a concept album, not so far from the prog standards
