This episode could have easily been a copypasta of that South Park one where the villagers wouldn't break character for anything in the world (in this case, not even the guy dying).

I return from the void!  And by the void, I mean the museum which we basically had to rush through, plus a couple more stops I didn't know we were making.  At least I got a new wallet out of the whole proceedings.
