I think it's a matter of ignorance, not of genuine hate (most of the time).

We hope of forgetting this (at least I'm getting tired of all this) and welcome you (again) to the forum. We're interested in your taste and opinion about music!

I hope you read mine to get your idea about LGBT-people not being accepted here out of your head.

The same answer I gave Padriac: " I'm kind of a AOR Prog fan, if that makes sense? I like Kansas, Styx, Journey, later Genesis and So era Peter Gabriel.

This probably sounds a bit campy, but I love Queen and David Bowie. But I don't know if they are actually considered prog rock.

I have to admit that the members who kept asking me about the music had the biggest impact on me. I can see that many do love music on this site and perhaps that can be a bridge between peoples that I never thought of.

The music's why we're all on here, it's a music forum for a reason! That's why I don't really pay attention to non-music threads unless it gets entertaining. Have fun and enjoy the music man, that's what I think a music forum should be about! Smile

Will do. I will take a break from the site for a few days to clear my mind and then return to talk about some music. Thank you. Smile

I must admit we hardly listen to prog anymore; it is mostly classical music. and then we play our own music, of course

Oh you two are so fabulous and sophisticated with your classical music.  Snort some speed and go to a punk show for crying out loud.
