^ absolutely

Croatia deserved the win from the 35 minutes that I have watched the match
there were 3 classic chances for goal (from Croatia) and two goals (from England)
within 10 minutes!!!
stunning 2nd half I must admit

Russia are officially through, won by 1-0

Steve is hearing some bells...Ermm

Tough luck for the English, only a good comeback was spoiled. Its not like the English had a chance to win Euro 2008 anyways!
Theres always World Cup 2010 qualifications to get through, only this time without McClaren!

^ from 2nd half only Beckham and Crouch played well
that explains the result IMO
the defence was an absolute mess...

Yeah. Bridge being a couple of yards off the rest of the defence on that 2nd goal. This is why England really missed Rio Ferdinand and John terry playing in the heart of defence.

Unlucky England! Although this is the first international tournament i'll be able to enjoy in my entire life. Being a scotsman living in England is hard.
Would you like to watch TV, or get between the sheets, or contemplate the silent freeway, would you like something to eat?

So, no team from the Islands is going to play on the championships...

absolutely, there were some terrible mistakes in the defence
they also missed Ashley Cole, that makes it 3 out of 4 key players

Eastern Europe will be well represented with Poland, Romania, Russia
Greece actually played a very mediocre match from what I've heard,
I don't know how we got through at the end...Ermm

Slightly off-topic, but... I wish they returned to the old system with 8 teams in the final stage.

I mean, neither England nor Russia don't deserve to qualify with such playing. In my opinion, of course. No offense to anyone.
