It's not bad. It's more relaxed/normal than <185> and not as varied as Manna/Mirage, but does hit it's high points (Walking The Duck is certainly a top 10 Muffins tune for me). I would probably put it in the lower half of my Muffins rankings, but that's partially due to my deep and ever growing love for M/M, <185>, Open City, and Double Negative.

John (Mellotron Storm) likes it quite a bit if I remember correctly.

Thanks! I also happen to like Chronometers, although it doesn't sound like a finished album I still enjoy it, especially the first 20+ minute track!
