Hey Scott, what's up?

Is she an actress?  She's lovely.

Excessive makeup?

I wouldn't call it excessive at all.

She was in The Hitch Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy.

A terrible film that should never have been made.

Yeah, she is an actress.  Among other things, she was in the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy movie from a few years back, which I enjoy.  And James, if you say anything about it "not following the storyline of the books" remember that Douglas Adams wrote quite a bit of the screenplay, and also remember that the books' storyline was different from that of the radio series, different from the 80s miniseries, different than the comic book miniseries, and different from the video game's.  DNA wrote them all and made them all different on purpose.

Hey Jim.  I'm not quite sure who she is.  I think that I remember hearing her name associated with the woman who plays Bones.

It wasn't the plot.  It was the awful cast.

The guy who played Zaphod was irritating and Mos Def was appalling.

I didn't laugh once either.

Maybe I'll do one of those polls Matt, but how many people have even heard of FF?

I didn't have a problem with any of them, really.  I'll admit that Mos Def wasn't exactly how I envisioned Ford Prefect (indeed, going into the movie I was expecting David Dixon to be back, and Dixon will always be how I visualize Ford while reading the books).  I thought Sam Rockwell pulled off Zaphod really well, and Martin Freeman was pretty much amazing as Arthur.  Zooey pulled off an effective Trillian, Bill Nighy's Slartibartfast was interesting, etc.  It may not have been a masterpiece, but it's still a pretty enjoyable movie for me.
