I don't own a Tool t-shirt and don't plan too.
The world is a better place that way!
Ah, looking good people! You all look normal.

For your information, A bloodgroup people must avoid meat and replace it by soja, while O Bloodgroup people must eat some meat to be in good health.

I have no idea what bloodgroup I am.
But I didn't eat meat for 7 years now and I'm still alive.
Soja has it's downside too tho. Loads of rainforest gets cut down every year to make place for sojafarms.

Of course, but you're young and your body still makes not much difference. If you're "A" group, that's good. But following bloodgroup diet will optimize your metabolism and will make you feel better. It's a revolution.
Indeed, that's a big problem if Soja cultivation involves forest destruction. However, i'm not sure all soja is grown in these areas. I hope at least.

Same could be said about vegan girls Seriously, there are a looot of girls at my school who are vegetarians (all nice/smart) and only one vegan I know of, really nice and smart but a bit quiet (I also used to be in love w/ her but then I asked her out, she said "yes," then proceeded to not talk to me for a month after which she told me I was a stalker for trying to talk to her so much throughout that one month Needless to say, if there's any hostility from me on certain issues involving vegans, my apologies in advance, it comes from a deep rooted bitterness )

Any proof to this? Since the human race evolved as omnivores I have my doubts.

you have an interesting point there, Olivier, my blood group is A+ and my poor little body has been rejecting red meat for the last 2 or so years - it just makes me feel ill ! I can only manage fish and chicken in small quantities. the hospital checked me out and say there's nothing wrong - any ideas???

Indeed, Chicken is the only meat you can stand.
You must buy the bloodgroup diet book, which explains all in detail.
There are three types of aliments for each bloodgroup:
The very good, the neutral and the poisons and for each
aliment category: meat, fish, vegetable, fruits, cereals, etc...
It will change your life:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Eat-Right-4-Your-Type/dp/071267716X/sr=1-1/qid=1162194468/ref=sr_1_1/202-1859972-4013457?ie=UTF8&s=books
I can already tell you that there are some aliments toxic for all bloodgroups, which are the following:
cow milk, ham from cow milk, wheat.
I'm O group and i used to be veg and was not in good health, now that i eat following the O diet i feel better than ever.
And yes, you must avoid red meat, very bad for you, because your stomach is not acid enough to digest it!

So basically everyone who eats bread, drinks milk, likes a belgian beer every now and then and eats cowham is poisoning himself.
|
Epic.

Type O positive here. I hate red meat; it makes my stomach feel heavy. I don't eat that much, but everytime is the same effect. Vegetables, White meat, Fruit, Eggs, Fish, all ok and tasty. Red meat even feels untasty; I never experience cravings about it.

No, it differs from each group. For sure, eating red meat
regularly if you're A is poisonous.
Fortunatly, beer is quite neutral for everybody, red wine is good/neutral but strong liquors are bad.

Neither do I. I refuse to become publicity. Those T shirts are ugly (though comfortable).

Yes, red meat is good for you, chicken is neutral but avoid pork.
There are some fish very good and others bad for you.
Very good: Salmon (fresh), hake, sardine, mackerel.
Among others, smoked salmon is bad.
