Whew you scared me, thought somehow it was today, or maybe it was already Weds.
Times become a blur for me.

Well, I did great my last 2 times, let's see if I still have my magic. It's my "lesser" players I always kill with. That and some epic moves, or both in one!
I won the title thanks largely to Jerome Harrison, started him just because and he had that epic streak including the 250 yard gameCool

It annoys me when people prefer them to a draft. I'm glad you agree with me.

Would anyone be so kind to give this FF novice a run down on how the draft works?  What specifically will I be clicking?

Just log onto the Yahoo league page a few minutes before the draft.  Once the draft starts the countdown ticker will turn into a Start Draft button.  You can also log in anytime before the draft and click the "Quick Start" button to try out a mock draft just to get the feel of the software before the real thing starts.

We'll all be sitting looking at our draft screens. The players will be autosorted according to Yahoo's rankings. When your time on the clock comes up, you will be alerted and you will (if I remember yahoo's interface correctly) drag the player that you want to your team. This will end your turn. Rinse and repeat.

Not positive, but it should make the webpage display an active alert depending on your browser. I've always kept the window open during a draft usually while watching another sport.

So we only choose individual offensive players?  For defense we choose a whole team.  Is this correct?

Im enough of a football nerd to just wing it this time. I never really used those crazy lists and rankings much at all so screw it. That is what really ate up my time last game, all that damn prep that was pretty useless. Cry

~ 1 hour till draft

I would love to invite Plankowner but we need an even number of people in the league, so if we could find one more person with haste we could fit them both in...

My wife is in another league with me... she pretty much chose players based on if they were cute/handsome/hot. She has a pretty solid team.
