Doing "eat a peach" right now here....and drinking heavily, vibes for Gregg....he's not doing well

A buddy went to see Tedeschi Trucks Band about 2 weeks ago in Charlotte and he indicated in the middle of their set they announced Gregg Allman was there and going to join them.  My friend indicated that something was not right as the song was a mess, out of timing, vocals, etc... the band quickly closed out the song and he went off stage and they continued on with their music.  He said that it was very strange and that something was not right, now it all makes sense what happened, he must not have been feeling well then.

Eat a Peach, one of my favs....may listen to that tonight.  Hope he can pull through....

Difference I suppose between Americans and English.  The English will knock you around a bit.. even doing it politely... Americans just stick a knife in your chest. Simple impersonal direct.. and extremely violent. LOL

Might be one for the list....written by his daughter.  I like bios with a family connection

http://www.amazon.com/Please-Be-Me-Father-Allman/dp/0812981197/ref=sr_1_7?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1470517238&sr=1-7&keywords=allman+brothers

Really good Allmans bio is One Way Out, oral history of the band built from interviews with the surviving members, their loved ones, and various personnel the band worked with along the way.
