The Art Bears are kind of offensively socialist! But why doesn't Fred play violin more often?

I'll listen to K-Space instead.  I should get around to suggesting them for PA.

This man is king.

Man, Evan Parker's Process and Reality is not nearly as good as I was hoping it would be. There's not enough noise. Maybe I just have listening fatigue. Or it was free, since it's OOP and I downloaded it. I think paying more for something really does increase your enjoyment of it.

Is it just me, or did the Israel thread get deleted? If so, what the hell? I expected it to get locked at some point, but you don't just f**king delete threads!

Oh noooo, 4am!

Also, did you know that President Garfield thought of a new way to prove the Pythagorean theorem? I think that's pretty awesome.

I can't believe what I said to the rather attractive blonde Job Centre Advisor Sarah earlier...

I sat down and said hello and whatnot and she said "it'll just have to be a quickie" and so I somehow stupidly said "that's the best offer I've had all week"... I've just realised it's Monday!

She didn't seem to react to the comment though; so phew!

And she's older than me by just 3/4 years.  It's amazing what you can find out about people without even asking. LOL

I was filling in the date and almost wrote 2001 instead of 2010 and I said how I wished I was back in 2001 again... she said she was 23 back then. Big smile

I just read their bio and such.  It does sound interesting.  I'll give it a go this afternoon.  Thanks.

It's listed here as "Heavy prog," but it's really several gentle arrangements interspersed with progressive metal.  Really good stuff (sounds like there's a concept too, but I didn't grasp it).
