I could embed a flash version but it'd be annoying.

I'm listening to that PH live album you recommended, James. It had arrived when I came home.

Oooh, how is it for you?

I love Like Veronica.  So visceral and violent from Hammill.

Bubble, Easy to Slip Away and Primo on the Parapet are also major highlights.

And damn, Kohntarkosz live is so much better than the studio album.

I'm at the third track now. I was unpleasantly surprised with the opener actually, but the second track was better and I'm enjoying the third now as well. That violin sounds nice with Hammill's music though.

How about the rest of the album though, Loek?

I bought Trout Mask Replica a few days ago and I really like it. I wasn't really sure what to expect, but it sounded fantastic and I love the harsh vocals.

Yeah, I've had that album for a long time (almost two years.)  At first, I really hated it, but as I have been getting more and more into experimental music, it has really grown on me.

 Wink

Fifth now, so far I'm enjoying all but the opener.

That was AWESOME!

I'm pulling a face much like John Zorn is in Matt's signature.

I think it's OK, but I do feel it drags on.

Nope, I was grooving to a groovy part of Kohntarkosz.

Yeah, listening to it in one sitting can be a bit daunting.

If any of you are interested in seeing that flash video I said is annoying, I edited my post on page 334 so nobody has to hear it if they don't want to.
