Part the Second is mediocre.  Red is mostly fantastic (except the self-titled first track).

PtS is a decent album, but it doesn't approach the amazingness of Red.

Oh I do like PtS.  But it's incomparable to Red.

I cannot even remember a single track from PtS whilst I remember Providence and Starless.  The latter is amazing.
