While in this instance I agree with you that this is not the place to post naked photos of women (although I personally enjoyed the picture), and that Tony was just doing his job by eliminating the offending photo in order to keep this site out from under the intrusive gaze of governments under the influence of either the religious nutters or ultra feminists, I must take exception to two things.

First, your statement that this site must be kept "appropriate" for women.  Let me tell you, women are completely capable of taking care of their own interests.  One only need step into a family court to see this.    Further, if women are offended by nipple, they'd better not look in the mirror naked.

Second, that children must be protected from such pictures.  While this site tries to be a "family" oriented kind of place, the ultimate responsibility for protecting children from pornography or other offensive material lies solely with the parents of said children. 

I'm not saying this website should allow such posts, but it is this kind of philosophy which disregards the freedom of people to think and discuss matters and post such pictures in any forum.

The biggest responsibility, of course, but not the "sole" responsibility, as you maintain. 

It has been long established in our democratic laws and traditions that adults in general, and our institutions, share the responsibility to protect children. I, and the vast majority of people, I'm certain, fundamentally reject your stance -- only a childless man (or one incapable of love for another) could even consider such a thing. Even your clumsy terms "ultimate responsibility" -- which implies at least some degree of shared responsibility -- and "solely" are mutually defeating. Your position is both reprehensible and ridiculous.

Utter BS! My only concern is for this forum, the only one I am a part of. This forum is a fundamental part of Prog Archives, for whom I have written reviews (to which -- unlike you Mr "Doctor" -- I sign my real name), and performed sundry other services, since its inception. 

There are thousands, perhaps millions of sites and forums on the internet where you can gawp at, purchase, and yes, discuss pornography and sex of all kinds, to your heart's content, and none of these sites are in any danger from me, a record reviewer for a prog-rock site. Get a grip!

But then, in light of your avowed concerns, you likely already have one.

If you are "not saying this website should allow such posts," then what are you complaining about? It is therein clear that you simply want an excuse to antagonize me, and your pretext for doing so, by your own words, is so flimsy as to be nonsensical.

Don't waste my time with your petty attacks. If you persist in them, I will not speak to you, but use whatever influence I may have here to have you permanently ejected from this forum.

I was referring to his antagonistic, character-attacking post just now, not his previously demonstrated extreme racist views -- which, as they were publicly expressed, were open to (indeed, I believe deserved) being publicly challenged, with a force equal to their evil.  (Not to mention, of course, his repeated anti-female posts, as can be easily seen again above, by any but the most naive.) I tried to ignore him. After the "mass deportation" incident, I had no intention of ever speaking with him, or responding to one of his posts (provided, of course, they weren't about me) ever again. But he is NOT ignoring me, is he? I will not quietly stand by and tolerate his abuse here, be assured.   Peace to you as well, Miracle, and know that I have no problem with you whatsoever. I enjoy your witty posts, and I applaud and share your wish for a civil forum free from personal attacks, but this does not involve you, my young friend. These things happen on forums. Often, there are consequences.

Just didn't want another fight... I know Doc pretty well and he is more likely to listen to his VR friends more than someone he dislikes.
