Does anyone else think they should be here? If so add your name to the Man thread in the Bands section.
(sorry M.B. for the brief MAN advert in your thread)

No problem. I have never listened to any Man album. Please recommend me one.

coheed and cambria seem to have trouble making it onto the archives (even though I think they should be there IMO)

Go for 'Revelation', their first from 69 or 'Slow Motion' from mid 70s. I just can't stop playing 'Man Live', a compendium of their live highlights, including their 23 minute epic 'spunk rock' from the Greasy truckers ball.
I'll see if I have any MP3's floating around to give you a taster if you want.

Thanks! I've heard that "Man Live" is their masterpiece. Do you agree?

For a live album its a stonker. If you like live albums and want to hear a snapshot of MAN at different stages in their career this is the album for you.
If I had to pick one though i'd go for 'Revelation'. (Has the feel of early Zappa & Quick Silver Messaging Service who I also love).

Slipknot, though I love their deep and meaningful lyrics and subtle guitar work.
