	Call it the East Coast bias, but I never got into the whole Doors thing....self-promotion was Morrison's real strong suit. That said, LA Woman is a great album, even for a Doors downer like me.
	I like to feel the suspense when you're certain you know I am there.....

	I've only got the first four and it's pretty much a toss up for me. Anyone have The Doors Collection DVD? If you're a fan and don't have it, get it before you slip into unconsciousness. Edited by Slartibartfast - October 16 2010 at 08:02
	Released date are often when it it impacted you but recorded dates are when it really happened...

	I might be only with about a handful of people, but Soft Parade is an excellent piece of music, followed by their heavily influential debut.

	For the longest time The Soft Parade was the only thing I had by them and I loved it (even Running Blues). Eventually I got all the Morrison-era albums and it's a tough pick between LA Woman, the debut, and Soft Parade. I went with LA Woman. "Mr MOJO RISING!!!!!!!"
