I'm not much of a classical music fan. I don't know if I ever heard anything from Shostakovich or not. Probably not. Although, I have borrowed a few classical albums from the library recently to try and gain some culture.

I came across his name, so I did me a google. Now I am slowly going through various pieces to see how much I like his work. So far I like it very much.
