At least Steve Carell isn't as annoying as John Leguizamo. I'd love to stab that guy multiple times with a fountain pen.

Too*, I should not be making that mistake.

The US Office only became a good show when it moved past that and Steve Carrell stopped doing a Ricky Gervais impression. And even then I won't defend all of it, as Matt said it can still be annoying.

I like childlike idiot Michael better than awkward-racist-sexist Michael. I always like the Jim and Dwight parts best anyway.

I have not seen the Office in either incarnation.

I find it incredibly depressing that people prefer the US Office to the original.

I really don't care, it's just horrible. I mean, the US Office dramedy sections were unbearable too, I'm not trying to say that it's the best show ever, but at least it's actually funny.

Have you seen Arrested Development? I'm not sure if you would find it too crassly American, but if you liked it at least we could agree on something.

If you haven't the first season is up on Hulu right now.

I saw some episodes from the US Office and it was good but I couldn't take any pleasure in it because my life was exactly like in the film and I didn't appreciate the irony. On the contrary it was quite sad. LOL [I was working at a call centre back then.]

Apparently there is a supercell right above the town over which I live. This pisses me off.

That's the perfect time to listen to Transatlantic's The Whirlwind.

This is all I can hear outside. It's terrifying.

But no, there actually is a crazy storm here that might tear my house up.
