great exchanges of views and excellent juicy prog anecdotes.

I have exactly the same problem with my girlfriend

hope next time I will be there but I would prefer not to bring her with me as she will get pretty much confused

I'm still waiting for the photos from this event.

Has Sigod taken them into Boots to be produce, but they've passed them onto Interpol to see if these dodgy looking characters are on the most wanted list?

And after the MI5 authorizes them, Sigod must get our approval before publishing them.

Well it sounds like a fun evening had by all...

If you're looking for a date for your next event...  I'll be in London for the Gilmour shows at RAH at the end of May...

Just a thought...

Sounds good to me, 3Fates - but wait until you've seen the photos of the first prog curry before you make any decisions you might regret later !

Hello boys and girls

Sorry for the delay in processing the photos but I managed to partially slip a disk in my back the Sunday after the curry , I have been laid up in bed ever since. Today is my first day of mobility so I've dragged myself in front of a computer for a few moments to say hi.

May I thank everybody who attended the curry. It was a fantastic evening and so cool to hang out with so may excellent people. We were together for five hours and it just wasn't long enough for me. I could have talked until the sun came up but like Trouserpress, I had problems with the trains home and got back around 2.00am (b*stard London Transport )

Incidentally Trouserpress, if you find yourself in a similar situation in the future, I would be happy to put you up on our sofa bed. I'd even give you a cup of tea/coffee the next morning for free.

As for the photos, I haven't downloaded the majority of them yet but for all of those who couldn't attend, I do have one group shot ready that was snapped by a punter in the pub.

We didn't need to all dress the same, we could just have brought along a prog album like "Nusery Cryme" or "Octopus" to identify ourselves......
