I find Numbers to be similar to Criminal Minds and the CSIs in that they pretend to be "intellectual" shows, but they're really just posers.

Seinfeld - "The Blood". George thinks he can get away in sex with a radio and food. Kramer's making sausages with Newman to some retro tune.

Jerry: "There's the sausages ... am I living in a slaughterhouse?"

Rules of Engagement - "Russell's Father's Son".

Adam: Actually, to a stripper money is approval.
Jen: Hey, thanks, Professor Horndog.

Is he still doing that show?  If he gets any more buffed he won't be able to move.

Sadly not...he's moved on to Resturant Impossible. Which is like Ramsey Kitchen Nightmares without the constant swearing and belittling. And I guess the two can't coincide.

And LOL yeah. He's actually slimmed slightly, but not in muscle mass.

Rules of Engagement - "They Do?".

Jen: I don't understand, why do dresses look so good in the stores and not as good at home?
Adam: That's 'cause mannequins have such great bodies.
[Jen gives a stern look to Adam]
Jen: Are you having ice-cream? We are going to dinner, so put it back.
Adam: OK, mom!
Jen: ... So, are you nervous about us getting married?
Adam: Yeah, that's why I wanted the ice-cream.
