Cool

It's definitely loads more satisfying to get a checkmate by getting somebody's pieces stuck in a useless spot

It was a trade. He gave his queen to you in exchange for your king.

I don't know why, but that seems incredibly sad to me for some reason.

Hm. Confused It looks like some people have been having trouble with the search function, and I'd guess that's the case since that's the correct spelling and whatnot. What's your handle? I can see if I can find you instead.

Mate in 15 against VanVan and I presume he abandoned hope, because my final move could have been parried (even if at the expense of the Queen).

Hard fought melee in my rematch with Rico.

You are quite a fine person, and I am very fond of you. But you are only quite a little fellow, in a wide world, after all.

More a matter of me shaking the rust off, I think. LOL Good game mate.

Colin and Vomps, I wonder what would have happened if

10. Bxg5

Now it’s far too late for that, of course (otherwise I wouldn’t have asked), but I’m curious how Vomps would have responded.

I thought about that one. I guess Colin’s next move would have been either Bxf6 or Bxh6, followed by Nd6+, forcing you to move the king. I’m not good enough to see what would have happened next. Anyway, it’s an exciting game, and nothing’s settled yet.

I’m not there, and I doubt that I ever will be. I like to watch.

Cool

I was seriously considering that, but decided it was more important to get my queen to work

But you'll probably waste some moves moving it around.
