Let me think about it and I'll get back to you.

Linus you should definitely try Stormy Six' L'Apprendista if you haven't yet heard it.

In regards to RPI - try Nascita della SferaThumbs Up

I've heard bits and pieces of Stormy Six many times before, but never really given them proper attention. Will listen and report back.

Warner just issued a new Stormy Six box set as part of their Original Albums series. It features their best albums. My experience with these sets is that the sound isn't as good as the original issues, and the packaging is quite sparse. But the price is great! But I'd stick with the BTF issues, personally.

I love the first track too - and I reckon it's a good album overall, but their second is my favourite hands down, something about it is very, very cohesive for some reason - you might like it too, Rob - though it lacks a big-ish 'epic' it's still wonderful

I love them both Zorro, just because they are so different. How could I choose between the Four Seaons and Helter Skelter ?

Counting two versions of Fetus, yes.
Sulle Corde di Aries. Amazing album. One of my favourites.

Good call, John! Linus, check out Egonon. Their band page has some youtube clips for samples. Genre bending in the sense of blending RPI with alternative, I think.

Nice analogy - a very, very tough choice Smile

Do you have their 'Cook' live album? I've always been curious to hear it, and will probably end up ordering it soon

Found them on Spotify (and even found Nascita della Sfera there!). On first impression it was not quite to my taste, but I'll give it a proper go later.

Yes zorro, I have already heard the Cook album. What can I say ? It's live. More energy, for sure, but many notes, especially on guitar, are not essential. A question of taste.
