Matt, you're addicted to Shred.  Shred is not coffee.

If only they made canned Shred, I'd be able to get through the day with no problem.

Caffeine is bad fer me. It could be part of the reason behind my migraines. Oh well, it also helps relieve them.

Unfortunately, the caffeine is probably one of the top sources to your migraines.  I used to work with a lady who would get migraines, and she said that they were caused by caffeine.  She cut out all kinds of stuff, but would still get caught off guard from time to time.
